You can request a return within 24 hours after you receive the order and we will take 10% / 15% fee charge so it does not effect our employees work because we ship the product at our expenses
Return conditions
The item must be unused, unwashed and in orginal packaging
🚚refund process
If approved , your refund will be processed within 5/7 working days to your original payment method.
We do not take Cash on Delivery(COD) because most of the people do frauds like not giving money after they get the product or they cancel the product just for fun they repeat this process many times
📦Return pick up
In some cases , you may need to self ship the product to our
return address . we will guide you if needed
❌cancel products
If you cancel the product after it is ordered we will take 10 % to 20% canceling fee because we shipped the product at our expenses at it is a loss for us
